Common Problems
- I am trying to login to the Battle.net app on my phone and receive the error message "Something went wrong"
- Getting Error 500 when I try to log in to the Battle.net mobile app
To troubleshoot this error:
- Configure ad-block or antivirus security software on the device to allow the app to function
- Restart the device and try again
- Clear cookies and cache for Google Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS)
- For Android devices, make sure Google Chrome is set as the default browser
- Uninstall and reinstall the Battle.net mobile app
