Cannot Purchase Legacy of the Void or Heart of the Swarm Individually

The individual campaigns for StarCraft II can be purchased separately via the in-game shop. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into StarCraft II.
- Choose Campaign at the top of the menu screen.
- Choose your expansion.
- Choose your version.
- Click the Purchase button.
