Common Problems
- The Timewalking event is active but I cannot use the group finder.
- Error: "You do not meet the level requirements for this dungeon."
For characters that are level 60+, you must be at least item level 180 to queue for a Timewalking Dungeon. Recently-boosted characters and Dracthyrs cannot access dungeons and raids from expansions other than the latest. After you use a boost on a character, or after creating a new Evoker, you need to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to enter old dungeons or raids. It may take up to 48 hours to clear the locks on older content.
If your character is neither boosted nor Level 60+, they must:
- Not be participating in a Chromie Time campaign
- Not have their XP Locked
- Reach the minimum level for the current Timewalking event (See Table Below)
