- My campaign progress was reset in StarCraft 2
- My SC2 achievements are gone
If you are missing progress in StarCraft II:
- Make sure that you are logging in using the correct email address
- Verify that you are logging in to your usual play region
- If you are a Microsoft Windows user, check your Administrator Permissions
- Close the game
- Close the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App
- Right click the Blizzard App shortcut and select Run as Administrator
- If that doesn't fix the issue, try creating a new Windows administrator account and run the Blizzard App from this new account
