Missing Progress in StarCraft II

Common Problems

  • My campaign progress was reset in StarCraft 2
  • My SC2 achievements are gone

If you are missing progress in StarCraft II:

  1. Make sure that you are logging in using the correct email address
  2. Verify that you are logging in to your usual play region
  3. If your StarCraft II account has multiple characters, try the following:
    1. Open StarCraft II
    2. When logged in, click on Menu > Options > Language and Region
    3. Under Character select dialogue, uncheck Don’t show me this message again
    4. Click Accept
    5. Log out and back in to prompt the character selection pop-up.
  4. If you are a Microsoft Windows user, check your Administrator Permissions
    1. Close the game
    2. Close the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App 
    3. Right click the Blizzard App shortcut and select Run as Administrator
    4. If that doesn't fix the issue, try creating a new Windows administrator account and run the Blizzard App from this new account
