I didn't get loot from Illidan in the Black TempleWhen you fight Illidan Stormrage you must wait for him to complete his dialogue with Maiev Shadowsong, then finish him off. He will only die if you finish him off after the dialogue. He will not grant loot if you leave before. Customer Support doesn't grant loot for incomplete encounters.
