Before trying any of the following steps, check the BlizzardCS Twitter. If the service is offline, try again later. If the servers are available, or if your game doesn't have a Service Status page, continue troubleshooting.

  1. Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.
  2. Release and renew your IP and flush your DNS to resolve any network conflicts.
  3. Update your drivers to resolve any compatibility issues.
  4. If you're using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
  5. Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.

  2. If you're using a VPN, try removing it.
  3. Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module.
  4. Check your power management settings and make sure they're set to High Performance.
  5. Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
  6. Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
