Not Receiving Loot From Mining or Herb Nodes

There are occasional issues with mining and collecting herbs in Wrath of the Lich King. This can manifest in two ways:

• The node phases out (i.e. disappears) as it is approached
• After interacting with node an error message is received such as 'you can't loot that item right now' or 'someone is already using that' and no ore/herbs are provided.

These node problems are generally caused by the mechanics of phasing, layering and cross-realm zones. Due to this CS will not be able to assist with any ore or herbs which should have been harvested. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

If you experience this happening frequently at any time we suggest these steps, which may potentially reduce the impact:

- Teleport or Hearth out of the area (preferably to a capital city) and then return. 
- Try joining Looking For Group to change and reset phased realm
