Accidentally Traded Gold or Items to the Wrong Player
Common Problems
- I traded personal loot to the wrong toon. Can you give it to the right one?
- I traded gold to the wrong player and they refuse to return the gold.
- I meant to trade an item to my friend but mistakenly traded it to the wrong character.
Game Masters cannot return lost gold or items once a trade has been completed by both parties and the confirmation window has been accepted. It is not possible to retroactively undo a trade with another player.
Be sure to double check the name of any player you are trading with before completing a Trade.
If you suspect this trade was an intentional scam, contact us.
While Game Masters may not be able to restore any losses, we will take actions against confirmed scammers whenever possible.
