Common Problems
- Can't see dig sites
- Can't level up in archaeology
- Unable to level up profession
Initially you will only see Dig Sites in Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms, but additional zones will unlock as you increase skill level. Outland will unlock at 300, Northrend will unlock at 375, Uldum will unlock at 450, and Pandaria will unlock at 525.
If you have the required skill level but still cannot see Dig Sites in some zones:
- Zoom all the way out on your World Map. You should see small shovels on the continents where Dig Sites are available
- If these do not appear, click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the map and click the box that says Dig Sites
- Should this not resolve the issue, reset your user interface
