Cannot Learn Garrison Blueprint - Error "Already known"
Common Problems
- Got the blueprint for shipyard level 3 and can't use it
- Unable to learn the Level 3 Dwarven Bunker blueprint, it says "Already known"
- I got the blueprint to upgrade the War Mill to level 3 but won't let me learn it
Level 3 blueprints are account-wide. Once you unlock one on a character, it’s available to all characters on your account. If you purchased a duplicate blueprint in error, you can refund it to the vendor.
You can only buy and learn level 3 blueprint if your character is at least level 40 and your garrison is upgraded to level 3.
