You can enable the Command Key + Click combination to simulate a right-click in the Mac® client for World of Warcraft® and Diablo® III.

World of Warcraft

  1. Log in to World of Warcraft.
  2. Press the Escape key to open the menu.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Select Controls and check Interact On Left Click.

Diablo III

  1. Log in to Diablo III.
  2. Press Esc to open the main menu.
  3. Select Options > Mac Users.
  4. Check Command left click as right click.
