Unable to Install or Patch Hearthstone on a Mobile Device

Hearthstone game updates come to Battle.net desktop first and are available for mobile devices one or two hours later. During this two-hours window, if you log into Hearthstone on desktop, your game account will be updated to the newest patch, preventing you from accessing the game on mobile until the mobile client is also updated.

If you continue to have issues with downloading or patching Hearthstone on your mobile device, try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements to run Hearthstone
2. Make sure your device's operating system is up to date
3. Restart your device
4. Download while on a good quality Wi-Fi instead of a cellular network. You can also try swapping your connection type to see if it resolves the issue.
5. If you are on an Android device, access your app storage in device settings and clear the Hearthstone app cache/data
6. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game
