- I receive the error "Request limit reached" when adding my phone number
- I receive this error when adding an Authenticator
You will receive this error if adding a phone number or Battle.net Authenticator to your Battle.net account fails multiple times in a short timeframe. Ensure you have notifications enabled and your phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode.
Wait one hour and try again. If the issue persists, clear the cache and cookies on your browser, or use a different browser, and try again. If the problem still continues, wait 24 hours before you try again.
