I'd like to refund the paid Overwatch game.

Overwatch games can be installed and used with the Battle.net account where the product was purchased.
If you have difficulty using the game after purchasing it or do not want to use it, you can get a refund according to the refund regulations below.

1. Overwatch generic version products can be tested up to 2 hours after purchase. However, you cannot access the game for more than 2 hours after purchase or get a refund after 7 days. 
2. The Overwatch Legendary Edition (including upgrades to those products) allows you to test your product for up to two hours after purchase, but you cannot get a refund if you have accessed the game for more than two hours after purchase, or if you have spent more than seven days after purchase, or if you have used even some of the items in the product. 
3. If the product you purchased through the gift button at Battle.net Shop is within 7 days of purchase and you have not registered a license, you can only refund the buyer. You can't get a refund if you register with your Battle.net account even if it's within 7 days of purchase.

How to Receive Overwatch Refund Inquiries

1. Contact Customer Support Connection
2. Select "Overwatch" from the list of Battle.net games 
3. Select [I want to select a problem type] at the bottom of the next page 
4. Select Payment/Refund from the "Tell me what you're experiencing" page 
5. Choose Digital Overwatch and Refund Loot Box from the right menu after [4] selections
6. Click Continue to accept automatic refunds
7. "There are no refundable orders.- Click [I still need help] and get a refund if the page comes up 

Notes

1. You must receive an inquiry with the account you paid for.
2. If you need a refund because you can't cancel the payment, you can only get a refund through a bankbook in the name of the Battle.net account subscriber.
3. The refund amount will be deposited within three business days from the date you received it.
4. Where payment is made with a culture land gift certificate or book culture gift certificate;
   • If you cancel the payment without using it, it will be refunded to the company's points.
     • Culture land gift certificate: Culture land
     • Happy money: Happy money
     • TinCache: TinCache
     • Book gift certificate: Book & Life
     • Smart Munsang: Unlike other cultural gift certificates, the amount will be returned to the PIN number used to cancel the payment. (If you lose your PIN number, please contact the place of purchase.)
   • If you use it, you will get a refund after deducting 10% of the fee.
5. Accounts that are permanently suspended due to operational policy violations are non-refundable.
6. If you purchased a Box product, you can only refund it to the place of purchase.
7. In the case of pre-purchased products, all pre-purchase compensation items will be recovered upon refund.
8. Products purchased with in-game credits or pre-competition points are non-refundable.
