Newly Created Character Unable to Move on Boat to Exile's Reach

I went to Exile's Reach on a newly created character and got stuck on the boat. I get disconnected each time I try to move or adjust the camera now.

We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it.

If you have a new character stuck in this situation, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Delete the existing character.
  2. Reset the user interface to remove any addons.
  3. Create a new level 1 character and log in successfully. Please make sure to complete the introduction quests and wait until you are on land to log out for the first time.
