Wrong Phasing for Farming Grand Gryphon in Krasarang Wild

I can't do the questline for Grand Gryphon in Lion's Landing because my phasing is wrong, and I talked to Zidormi in Vale of BlossomsNormally Zidormi is the correct NPC to speak with to change your timeline. For Lion's Landing, however, you must speak to the npc Taradormi instead.
