I'm not seeing the option to port to Desmotaeron, and I've bought all the upgradesIn order to port to Desmotaeron via the Animaflow Teleporter, you will need to have completed the achievement Sanctum of Domination on one character. The option will then be available account-wide for every character with an active Animaflow Teleporter.
