I completed the soulbind skip and received a quest to unlock Heirmir, but I'm not being offered Emeni's quest, Soul SupportThe bug which was causing this issue has been resolved. Please log in to the character who had originally unlocked the soublinds again, then go back to the character who is trying to unlock them and the other soulbinds should be available.
