Common Problems
- I converted an off-set piece that doesn't grant tier bonus.
- I didn't realize stats would change with the conversion, I prefer the original piece.
- I converted a piece into tier, but I already had that tier piece and now I have two of the same.
- I had 2 of the same item and I converted the item with lower item level by mistake.
The Catalyst converts the current Season gear piece into a set item. Only Helm, Shoulders, Chest, Gloves, and Legs have tier set bonus. Off-set items (Cloak, Bracers, Belt, and Boots) do not have tier set bonus.
The Catalyst gives you a preview of the exact item you are going to receive. Customer Support will not assist with mistakes converting the wrong item.
