- Error: This game cannot be played yet
- The Play button is gray and, cannot launch the game
Diablo Immortal is not currently available in certain regions. Please check the Diablo Immortal Regional Availability for more information.
If you installed the game and now you cannot launch it, exit the Battle.net app (shut down the application completely) and restart it. If the problem continues, check our Play Button is Grayed Out support article.
