Common Problems
- I purchased the Boon of Plenty but didn't get it.
- I purchased the Beginner's Pack twice now and payed in iTunes but did not have it in-game.
- I ordered Eternal Orbs but have not received them.
Purchases may take up to 72 hours to be delivered.
If it has been 72 hours since the purchase was made, ensure you are logged in with the correct account and verify that the purchase was successful on your platform/payment method. If you still haven't received anything and there is no related order on your Transaction History, please contact your mobile store (eg: Google, Apple) for further assistance.
If the order can be found on your Transaction History and you still haven't received your products after waiting for more than 72 hours, contact us.
