Common Problems
- My character is stuck in Diablo Immortal
- I fell through the world and can't move anymore.
If your Diablo Immortal character becomes stuck under the map, in a dungeon or room, use the Unstuck option to move the character to a safe location.
- Log in to the stuck character
- Open the game menu
- Tap the gear symbol to open Settings
- Tap the Unstuck button
