Can't Choose Character in World of Warcraft Forum

If you are unable to see or select the character you'd like to choose for your avatar in the forums, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Log out of the forums completely
2. Reset your Battle.net account password
3. Make sure you're logging in to the same forum region as the World of Warcraft account that has the characters (e.g., Log in to the EU region of the forums if you play on a EU WOW account)

If this does not fix the issue, submit a message in the Customer Support section of the forums so that the moderators can investigate.
