Diablo Immortal Battle Pass Points Reset at Start of New Season

- The new Battle Pass was released and my points from the previous Battle Pass are gone. Is this intended?
Battle Pass points are reset when a new Battle Pass is released, as it is part of a new season of play. Customer Support cannot restore the points or provide the items that would have been granted from the previous season's Battle Pass.
