What Happened to Diablo Immortal Battle Pass Rewards I Didn't Claim?
Common Problems
- I forgot to claim some Immortal Battle Pass rewards. What happened to them?
- I received a reward in the mail, but I'd have rather had a different one
Any Battle Pass rewards that were unlocked, but not claimed, will be automatically mailed to your character when a new Battle Pass (Season) begins. For unclaimed rewards that had multiple options, a default is automatically chosen.
Customer Support cannot assist with Battle Pass rewards.
