Diablo Immortal Empowered Battle Pass Didn't Unlock Rewards

If you are looking for the rewards from your recently purchased the Empowered Battle Pass, please make sure of the following:

• Your purchase is Completed and has not been canceled or failed.
• Only one character can unlock the cosmetic rewards per Battle Pass purchase, which would be the character that initiated the purchase.
• Only one Battle Pass can be activated per server.

The 10 free ranks from the Empowered Battle Pass or individual purchases of ranks in the Battle Pass do not award XP. This is working as intended. You can only gain XP from the Battle Pass by completing activities that count towards ranking up the Battle Pass.
