Swap or Remove Gift

Common Problems
- I received a free copy of The War Within and I do not want it.
- How can I refuse a Battle.net gift?
- I was just gifted Diablo IV, can I exchange this for WoW Game Time instead?
If a friend has purchased a gift that you have not claimed and cannot use or do not want, please contact us. We can only help if your friend made the purchase on the Battle.net Shop.
If the gift is from a promotion, you can ignore the gift until it expires, or potentially claim it in a different play region, depending on the game.
Blizzard Customer Support is otherwise unable to remove/swap any gifts on your Battle.net account.
