Common Problems

  • I purchased the Starter Pack and I got the bonus item, but not the coins
  • I got the Starter Pack but did not get anything

We have received reports of delays in Overwatch 2 Coins being delivered and are investigating. If you do not see your coins delivered quickly in game, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of the Overwatch 2 client and back in
  2. On PC, log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and the Overwatch 2 client and then back in
  3. Reset your account password
If the above steps do not work, wait 24 hours and try again.
