Unable to Purchase Battle Pass Tiers in Overwatch 2
Common Problems
- I can't purchase Season 2 Overwatch Battle Pass skips anymore, what's going on?
- I can't find the option to purchase Battle Pass tier skips.
Seasonal items, like tier skips, may be removed a few hours before the season ends to prevent issues when the new seasonal items are added to the shop. Customer Support cannot make items which were removed from the shop available after that has happened.
During the season, the option to buy tiers is available under the Battle Pass icon on the main menu.
