Overwatch 2 may periodically offer double experience weekends. During an eligible double experience weekend all accumulated match experience for each match played will be doubled.
Experience rewarded for completing challenges, participating in flex queue, group experience bonuses, experience bonuses in role queue, and experience sources will not be doubled.
When you receive double match experience playing during an eligible weekend, you may not see direct in-game messaging after a match showing the experience earned, but it will be correctly added to your total experience. In-game messaging for double experience will be added at a future date.
