Common Problems
- I bought the Tavern Pass but I'm missing some rewards
- I reached a certain level in the Rewards Track but didn't receive any of the associated items
- Error: "You Forgot Some Rewards"
- I forgot to collect my BG Pass rewards in the previous Battlegrounds season
To receive your track rewards, you must claim them: open the track and claim rewards by clicking on each of them individually.
Unclaimed rewards are automatically distributed at the end of a season.
Important note for Battlegrounds Season 9 (patch 31.2) - The StarCraft cosmetics that you can earn in the Battlegrounds track won’t be unlocked until a later patch, planned for February 2025. If you reach a level that unlocks one of the StarCraft rewards you must wait until February to claim it. Learn more in our official blog for Battlegrounds Season 9.
