Cannot Find Kalecgos to hand in Vault of the Incarnates: Fury of the Storm-Eater

I'm at the location the quest says but I can't hand in the completed questKalecgos may be visible in Valdrakken, atop the tower next to Alexstrasza and Nozdormu, but he's not the correct version to accept the hand-in of this quest! You'll need to speak to him within the Vault of Incarnates, where he waits just inside the entrance, to hand it in and receive your reward!
