Didn't Receive Overwatch Coins from Microsoft Rewards
Common Problems
- I bought some Overwatch 200 coin codes with MS Rewards points, but I didn't get them in game
- I claimed Microsoft rewards codes for Overwatch 2 Coins, but they never showed up on my account

If you claimed your code but the total amount of coins doesn't appear to be correct, you should:
- Access Overwatch 2 from Battle.net. This will allow the coins to be correctly added and then used on other platforms.
- Review your Transaction History to see how many Overwatch Coins were recently earned and spent
