I get stuck at entering my address when trying to add a payment method to my account

This error happens when your browser, security software, or network blocks the payment provider's site. It may also happen if you enter incorrect payment information, for example, by using auto-fill.

To resolve this problem:

  1. Delete all saved credit cards from your Payment Methods page
  2. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser and make sure ad-blockers are disabled. You can also try a different browser
  3. Update or temporarily uninstall any security programs
  4. Make sure you type in the information manually
If the issue persists, try a different network — for example, if you are on a computer, try your mobile phone with the Wi-Fi disabled.
