Common Problems
- My raid just did the Firelands timewalking raid, but the quest item didn't drop for anyone
- The Time-Locked Cinder isn't dropping from Ragnaros for Cataclysm Timewalking
- The Disturbance Detected: Firelands quest can't be completed
Time-Locked Cinder will only drop from the Timewalking difficulty of Firelands with a full raid (at least 10 people). You must be on the quest Disturbance Detected: Firelands to receive it.
The Cinder must be looted manually. Unlike the Timewarped Badges from defeating the boss, it is not automatically pushed to your inventory. The Postmaster does not recover quest items which were not looted.
Customer Support does not distribute quest items.
