Hero Pack Promotional Code Did Not Grant Overwatch 2 Coins
Common Problems
- I went to the Ais Zeed 5g event and got a code but it did not give me 1k coins
- I got a Hero Pack code but no coins from it
- There was a promotion for a code that gives OW2 stuff but it did not give me my rewards
We have received several reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
