- Nozdormu is there and has other quests to offer but not The Flow of Time
- I can't start The Flow of Time
Once you have completed the Valdrakken, City of Dragons storyline, which ends with the quest Reporting In, the quest Flow of Time should be available from Nozdormu atop the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken. If this quest is not available for your character, continue the Thaldraszus storyline.
