Overwatch 2 Hero Pack Bundle Purchase Skins Not Delivered

Common Problems

  • Hero Bundle listed as completed in transactions but I didn't get any skin.
  • The heroes were granted for the bundle I bought but skins were not.

We have received reports of delays in Overwatch 2 skins being delivered and are investigating. If you do not see your skins delivered immediately in game, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of the Overwatch 2 client and back in
  2. On PC, log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and the Overwatch 2 client and then back in
  3. Reset your account password
If the above steps do not work, wait 24 hours and try again.
