The Temptation mount offered with the Deluxe and Ultimate edition does not show in-game and cannot be used.Mount access In Diablo IV must be unlocked in-game before they can be used.
You'll unlock your mount around level 30, depending on how quickly you play through the campaign. Once a Mount is unlocked, it can be used in all game modes for any and all characters the player creates. Some mounts, trophies, and titles are from completing achievement-style rewards.
