Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone Didn't Unlock Expected Transmog Effects

We have confirmed that the animation from the Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone is working correctly. Using the Earthstone results in the character who uses it having two different versions of the appearance for each shoulder and helm unlocked from the Dragonflight Season 2 tier and PVP sets. To use the animated appearance, you must choose that specific appearance to apply to your current head or shoulder piece, even if it's the lower tier set item: it will not automatically have the animation unless you choose to apply the animated version of the shoulders.

For some characters, the second version of the appearance may show on a different page of the appearances wardrobe.
