Overwatch 2 Steam Purchase Not Delivered

Common Problems

  • I purchased Invasion Bundle from Steam but I haven't gotten it
  • I purchased the season Starter Pack but it was never delivered

Overwatch 2 purchases made through Steam must be claimed in-game through the Steam client before they are available on other platforms. 

Orders can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. Check the Overwatch 2 platform on Steam every few hours to see if you are able to claim the item. If you do not receive the item after 24 hours, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your Steam purchase history to make sure that purchase was successful
  • Make sure you have the correct Steam account linked to your Battle.net account
  • After a full 24 hours have passed, log in to Overwatch 2 on your Steam account and claim any items you see there

Once you have checked everything above and confirmed they are correct, prepare the following screenshots so that you can have them ready when you submit a ticket for assistance.

Steam App Receipt

Follow these instructions to get a screenshot of your Steam App Receipt
  1. Navigate to the Steam Desktop App
  2. Click on your Steam profile name on the top right corner
  3. Select Account Details: (Steam Account name)
  4. Select View Purchase History
  5. Select the desired purchase
  6. Take a screenshot

Make sure the screenshot shows both your purchase details and account name for the account you were logged into when you made the purchase.

For your Steam account profile

  1. Navigate to the Steam Desktop App
  2. Click on your Steam profile name on the top right corner
  3. Select Account Details: (Steam Account name)
For this screenshot, we need to see only the account name and the Steam ID at the top of the app.

When you have collected these screenshots, submit a ticket with a description of the item that was not delivered and attach the screenshots in the section labeled Attach a file.
