Common Problems
- I couldn't roll for the loot from the boss because the window didn't appear.
- The boss was killed, loot dropped, but no roll window to distribute it.
- I closed the loot window, how do I get it back?
When you are eligible for loot from a boss, a loot window appears for you to select what you would like to roll for.
If you have defeated that boss already and have a lockout for that boss, you will not be eligible to roll on loot that drops from any other kills until the next reset.
If the loot window does not appear and you should be eligible for loot, please reset your UI.
After you have closed out of the loot window, you can type /loot to bring it back onto the screen to see what other players have rolled on each item.
