Missing Overwatch Credits from Overwatch 2 Anniversary 2023 Event

I did the event but did not get the credits.We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided, however an update to this issue can be found on our game forums. We apologize for any inconvenience.
