Common Problems

  • I completed a Grim Batol 10 in time but I didn't get the achievement
  • I did not get Keystone Hero after timing my +10 Siege of Boralus
  • My +10 Necrotic Wake did not grant me Keystone Hero

We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
