- Ysera is not at Ohn'ahran Plains where the quest ends
- I completed all the criteria for Step Into the Life but can't find Ysera to turn it in
After entering the Ancient Bough, you must first complete all of the quest requirements before Ysera will appear. We have been receiving reports that Ysera is then not able to be interacted with and are investigating the issue.
In the meantime, to resolve the issue, leave the Ancient Bough through the portal provided, then port back in. (Alternatively, you can log out of the game and log back in while in the Ancient Bough.) Once you have done so, you should be able to turn in the quest.
Customer Support is unable to assist with quest completion. Please submit a bug report if you discover that the steps listed above do not fix the issue for you.
