Cannot Buy Tavern Pass, Battlegrounds Season Pass, Battlegrounds Tokens, or Arena Tickets
Common Problems
- Clicking on the button "Get Tavern Pass" button does nothing
- I clicked to buy the Battlegrounds Pass but it is not responding
- I am unable to purchase Arena Tickets
- BG Tokens not available in my country

If you are new to Hearthstone, you may need to complete (or skip) the Apprentice Track before you can access certain products or features, such as Hearthstone Tavern Brawl or Arena Mode.

Battlegrounds Season Pass includes some Battlegrounds Tokens which are considered gambling in Belgium. To comply with Belgium laws, the purchase of Battlegrounds Token and the Battlegrounds Season Pass are both disabled in Belgium. This is intended and Customer Support cannot bypass this restriction.
