Common Problems
- My in-game currency suddenly cleared itself
- I have fewer credits than I remember
- I have fewer Overwatch Coins than I remember having
Note: The Switch does not recognize purchases of Overwatch Coins made on different platforms. Only virtual currency purchased on Switch can be used on Switch. Purchases made with currency on any platform will sync on all platforms. For more information, visit our article about the Overwatch Shop.
If you are seeing an error with your display of Overwatch Coins, Legacy Credits, Overwatch League Tokens, or Competitive Points, try logging out of Overwatch and (if open) the Battle.net Desktop App. After you have logged out of everything completely, log back in to see if the issue has resolved.
There are currently no known issues where any of the virtual currencies listed above are being removed from accounts. If you experience a new issue, please review your transaction history and report any suspected bug directly on the Overwatch Bug Report forum.
