Common Problems
- I own a Diablo Immortal cosmetic but it is not working
- I have a skin selected but it will not show on my character
After selecting a cosmetic set, click on the eye icon on each gear category (armor, weapon, wings, etc.) in order to enable or disable the cosmetic set for that gear category.
If you have enabled a cosmetic set for a gear category (the eye icon is open), but the cosmetic still does not appear on that gear, please submit a bug report.
