Didn't receive credit towards the completion for quest "Last Hurrah: Zaralek Caverns and Time Rifts"

To get credit for protecting the researchers under fire your character must have unlocked world quests in the Zaralek Cavern first. This is done by playing through the first two chapters of the Embers of Neltharion campaign in the Caverns.

Customer service cannot assist with granting credit for this quest if you do not get credit. If you don't make sure you have completed the required campaign quests, and try again.
