Common Problems
- We did not get credit for "Working as a Team"
- A guild mate reached max level and is exalted, but we didn't get credit towards the guild achievement "Stay Classy"
- We can't complete the guild achievement "A Class Act"
Characters can only contribute to Guild Achievements if their reputation with the Guild is at least Honored. For example, if the guild earns a Legendary for a member, that member must at least be Honored for the guild to receive the related achievement.
Achievements which require a Guild Group can only be completed if the group meets certain requirements.
During the pre-patch of an upcoming expansion, the max level is increased but cannot be attained until the full release of the expansion. Guild achievements which required characters to be max level will be able to complete these achievements once the new expansion's content is released.
Customer Support will not manually complete guild achievements. If you discover a problem, please submit a new Bug report.
